Good Food, Full of Good Things.

There’s a reason the food at Gracie’s is so colourful. We believe that eating well starts with filling your plate with plenty of the good stuff: fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains, protein, healthy fats, herbs, nutsand seeds. The result is food that looks as vibrant as it makes you feel.

Our breakfast menu is full of naturally nutrient-rich ingredients. House-made granola comes with blueberries, banana and Greek yoghurt, bringing protein, fibre and a range of vitamins and minerals to the table. Our smashed avocado comes with feta and jewel-like pomegranate seeds, and super seed mix, a source of fibre, folate and antioxidants.

Eggs are another staple, naturally rich in protein and nutrients including vitamin B12, selenium and choline. We serve them simply on sourdough, or with bold flavours in dishes like Turkish eggs and shakshuka, where herbs, spices, yoghurt and vegetables add plenty of flavour and colour.

Our salads take the same approach. The Beetroot & Red Rice Salad combines green beans, rainbow chard, dill and date molasses, offering a mix of fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. The Greek Salad brings together peach, tomato, cucumber, feta, black olives and red onion for a fresh, colourful combination, while the Courgette Labneh Salad pairs courgette with creamy labneh, pistachio, dukkah and herb vinaigrette. Our Bondi Caesar Salad offers a classic combination of gem lettuce, egg, croutons, capers and parmesan, while the Cucumber & Grilled Sweetcorn Salad combines quinoa, kale, Datterini tomatoes and coriander with a jalapeño dressing. Add roasted salmon, chicken, soft-boiled eggs or marinated tofu for extra protein and a more substantial meal.

There are plenty of ingredients on the menu that naturally lend themselves to a healthy diet: leafy greens for folate and vitamins, tomatoes for vitamin C and lycopene, avocado and extra virgin olive oil for healthy fats, nuts and seeds for minerals and fibre, and berries and colourful fruit for antioxidants. It’s less about following a set formula and more about giving your body plenty of variety.

Our fresh juices make it easy to add even more fruit and vegetables into your day. Green juice combines spinach, apple and cucumber, while Green Glow brings together celery, apple and lemon. Carrot and orange provide vitamin C and beta-carotene in our Immune Juice, with a little ginger for warmth and flavour. Our beetroot, carrot and apple Heartbeat is another colourful combination, naturally rich in plant compounds and nutrients.

And perhaps that’s the nicest thing about eating this way: it doesn’t have to look or feel like healthy eating. It can be a bowl of vibrant fruit, a perfectly runny egg or a colourful salad. Food can be nourishing, beautiful and genuinely delicious all at once.

There’s always room for a little banana bread, cake or a pastry, too. Come here for what’s good for the body, and every now and then, indulge in what’s good for the soul.
